Basic Function / Job Responsibilities : - Should have experience in relationship management with very good communication - Should have experience in account management preferably in IT - Should have experience in product /solution sales/ system integration - Experience in mapping CEOs/CFOs etc Don'ts : - No to inside sales experience - No to manufacturing or FMCG exp - No to Pre sales exp - No to Govt/PSU exp - Member relationship management in Karnataka: promoting member engagement with Organization, regular visits to members, member communications, follow-up on member requests and queries; designing and delivering innovative member services, collection of membership fees and other receivable. - Building the membership base in the region. Ensuring retention of existing members. - Handling inward delegations, including organizing B2B meets with member - Organizing Forums and Marketing of event. Organizing and maintaining databases and mail list Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience : - Management Graduate, Engineer Or a Post Graduate with 5 plus years of relevant experience - Customer focused, Innovative thinker and Effective Communicator. - Competent understanding of the IT/ITES industry, Process driven. - Ability to build and manage external and internal relationship, Team Player . - 5 plus years of relevant experience in customer relationship management with an ability to promote member engagement
