Senior Associate - Debt Syndication - Consulting Firm

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Executing deals across the debt capital structure including secured debt, secured notes, junior term loan in sectors, including NBFCs, MFIs, renewable energy, real estate, hospitality and FMGC.

2. Work closely with seniors on the execution of fundraising transactions and coordination with client for getting information.

3. Clear understanding and interpretation of the financial statements

4. Preparation of pitchbook, teaser, information memorandum, detailed project reports

5. Conduct Research & Analysis (Industry, Product, Regulations & others as required), evaluate business dynamics, and organize research findings into meaningful deliverables.

6. Validating Loan Life Cycle Management Models, Stress Testing and Credit Portfolio Management Models

7. Build Financial Models, CMA data in excel based on historical information and other available industry-specific operating metrics.

8. Understanding and execution of financial valuation methods such as DCF and Relative Valuation techniques etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Proficiency in researching for relevant information from various sources

- Self Starter with good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Qualifications : PG(Finance)/ CFA / CA
