Senior Associate - Corporate M&A - Law Firm (2-10 yrs)
Position : Corporate M & A
Designation : Sr. Associate
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
Role Requirement:
- Due Diligence of the target Company
- Draft, Review and Negotiate various Transaction Documents
- Providing opinion on structuring of Joint Ventures in various territories based on input from local counsel.
- Structure Acquisition Deals
- Providing onshore & offshore structuring advice in relation to the investment, from a legal and regulatory perspective
- Transactional completion support (closing support and tracking compliance with post-closing conditions)
