Senior Associate Consultant
Business Unit: Performance, Rewards & OE Advisory
- Compensation & Rewards Advisory (including & not restricted to) Pay Design, Pay Structuring, Rewards Strategy, Job Evaluation, Variable Pay & Incentive Design. Talent Advisory (including & not restricted to) - Organization Design & Organization effectiveness, Talent Management and Performance management, Scorecard Design, Competency Design, Career management Design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client/Relationship Management: Fosters long term mutually beneficial relationship between client organizations and our organization. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Is able to fulfil client requests in a timely manner and can co-ordinate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems.
- Project Delivery/Management: Works/leads projects of Mid to Large complexity as a team member. Focuses on delivering client value on time with zero re-work. Strives to exceed client expectations in terms of quality of output. Co-ordinates with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensures project is delivered on time.
- Thought Leadership: To contribute to thought leadership in the industry sector for India with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events and other such activities.
- Business Development: Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed and customizes basis feedback. Listens to client problems without trying to force fit solutions.
- Pre-Sales Support and Solution Design: Provides support in building winning commercial proposals for clients. Plays the role of a team member in building out complex advisory solutions as part of the sales cycle. Ensures clients problem statement is effectively translated into a working solution. Tailors existing solutions to meet client requirements and where required, co-builds new solutions to meet client requirements where applicable.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
- Good understanding of the Consulting industry.
- Business acumen with strong mathematical and /or analytical skills.
- Experience with Qualitative/Quantitative Research.
- General awareness of macro-economic trends and how it impacts our business.
- Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects.
- Significant comfort with MS Excel and other MS office tools.
- Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies.
- Very strong project management, Team Management & Mentoring Skills.
- Story Telling Skills
- Strong data analysis skills.
Education:
- Full Time Bachelors/ Masters Degree in related discipline (HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics and Business Administration)
- M.B.A/PGDBM from any Tier A/Tier B institute.
