Roles and Responsibility :
1. Relevant advertising, design management or related field experience, preferably in packaged goods, global / U.S. CPG or food packaging experience a plus
2. Design-oriented professional able to quickly grasp project issues and solve problems; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; detailed focus ability to follow through cross-functional business teams.
3. Strong project management focus? excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to manage aggressive timelines, maintaining quality and cost objectives.
4. Effective communicator with demonstrated negotiation skills
5. Ability to establish and build cross-functional relationships
6. Solid presentation skills, comfortable with delivering design presentations to communicate creative intent/strategy to meet project objectives.
7. Ability to capture client feedback and translate to the creative team for the advancement of the project to meet client requirements and objectives.
8. Working knowledge of Microsoft tools and web-based technology
