Key Responsibilities:

Core Activities :

- Responsible for the External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) upto USD 750 million per financial year based the company's budget and requirements.

- Responsible for the FX bond issuance

- Executing the ISDA with the banks and analysing the existing ISDA & arranging modification if required

- Responsible for updating on the economic data and explaining the market impact to seniors on a regular basis

- Negotiating the terms & conditions of the ECB loan agreements for the company.

- Handling the bank / investors queries of Banks, rating Agencies, auditors and other investors

- Drafting and preparing the necessary documents or reports required by the auditors on the foreign currency borrowing

- Arranging meetings with senior bank officials

- Preparing the New Banking Group (for existing or new bank relationship) / in-principal / Board note for reducing the lead time for final sanction

Other Activities :

- Preparing the bank documentation and liaising for its early closure.

- Continuously updating the Borrowing deck, Investor Presentation and other standardized documents

- Availing WCDL on repayment, keeping update with market dynamics

- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, RBI regulations to ensure more informed decision on funding

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes
