Senior Associate/AVP/VP/Director - Post Merger Integration - Big4

- Who has strong experience with Post Merger Integration

Required : 

 The candidate will:

- Be a professional consultant or have undertaken a significant number of internal consultancy or project management roles within a  blue chip organization

- Have strong commercial acumen, business diagnostic and analytical skills, project management capability and pitching / sales skills

- Have strong financial skills including ability to navigate, understand and analyse detailed P&L, BS and CF

- Have excellent communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrated ability to write reports and presentations in clear, concise English

- Have the flexibility to travel for short durations both nationally and internationally

- Have a high degree of proficiency in MS excel and PowerPoint

- Be confident in working with top level management and senior stakeholders

- Experience in one of the areas is desirable:

- M&A / Transaction due diligence

- End to end supply chain including S&OP / Operations and supply chain management

- Procurement cost reduction

- Operational cost reduction/ performance improvement

- Gross margin improvement

- Data analytics

- Pricing analytics

- Assessment of potential merger synergies

- Post-acquisition integration

- Separation and carve-outs

- Operational change and project management

Preferred : 

- A positive, self-starting, self-supporting attitude and work ethic to develop and grow the business

- Significant ability to analyse situations, making the most of available information, provide a coherent summary of the current position and logical, pragmatic and imaginative recommendations for improvements

- Excellent, and proven, communication and influencing skills to run meetings and workshops

- The ability to solve problems and drive parts of the project

- The ability to work effectively in teams and/or run workstreams and meet project deadlines.

- Work experience across whole transaction deal cycle from pre deal due diligence and synergy reviews to post deal implementation, integration, cost reduction and change implementation

- Some exposure to transaction deal cycle (Pre deal & Post Deal)
