Expected - Relevant Years of Experience: Min 3-6 years in M&A in an investment bank

Location: Mumbai

Education Qualification Required (Please IIT/IIM/ISB/CA)

Key Skills Required:

- Strong deal execution skills, comprising building of robust financial model, PowerPoint presentations for high-quality pitch books, CIMs & other client collateral

- Prior deal closure experience in Investment Banking - M&A / capital raising

- Prefer candidates with prior knowledge in real estate / hospitality verticals. The vertical covers all asset classes - residential, commercial, REITs, industrial & hospitality

- Client management skills at senior levels

- Analytical in thought and approach
