Senior Associate/AVP - Debt Syndication - Infrastructure Sector

Responsibilities of AVP/Senior Associate :

- Understanding the business model/ project and preparation of financial model.

- Preparation of Information Memorandum (IM)

- Syndication of debt viz. placement strategy, Coordination with banks/FIs /NBFCs to facilitate early sanction and disbursement of debt including the supply of information, addressing the queries, filling up the formats etc.

- Facilitate Loan Documentation.

- Liasoning with Legal Council, Technical Consultants, Security Trustees etc.

- Data mining, preparation of pitch book and presentations.

- Experience in Infrastructure Sector especially Roads and Railways.
