Team/SBU: Corporate Finance

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- End to End deal execution in BFSI

- Responsible for entire collateral preparation (financial analysis & modeling, Information memorandums, teasers, industry reports etc)

- Ensure due diligence, collection, collation and analysis of client information, financial implications, regulatory implications for documentation purpose

- Handle the execution process independently and also handle client queries effectively

- Lead ideation process within the sector to generate leads and Proactively support in Origination

- Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements

- Mentor junior level resources within the business

- Assist other businesses in cross selling

- Add to and build upon the corporate relationships at the Group level

Skills Required:

- Deal experience in the BFSI space

- Capability to predict future trends in the sector and thus create deals

- Very strong Analytical skills and Financial Modeling

- Good Presentation skills - creating / formatting power point presentations

- Well versed with Excel/drafting skills/ using multiple databases

- Ability to work long hours, balance multiple engagements and responsibilities seamlessly

- Ability to think through and present investment thesis

- Strong communication skills and ability to handle senior personnel

- Ability to exercise professional judgment on engagements by providing proactive solutions and recommendations

- High motivation, desiring autonomy and empowerment to manage self and junior team
