The Role: - Identify potential products and move them to an automated platform. - Work closely with our Development team to integrate new APIs and Selenium. - Own the automation fulfillment numbers and craft new processes to improve it. - Plan and execute multiple projects, collaborating with different stakeholders to solve ongoing problem statements. - Improve inventory accuracy by creating optimum crons and leveraging the key resources. - Prepare reports for the team and processes for company wide visibility. - Cofunction with the development team to find bugs in the automation processes and propose ideal solutions to eliminate those from the root. We Are Looking For: Must Have : - 1-2 Years of experience in Automation Specialist profile. - Experience with creating automations, dashboards &amp; managing metrics. - Hands on experience with Selenium, API Integrations on any process module. - Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must. - Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills. Good to Have: - Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS &amp; Python. - Work with indeterminate problem statements and the ability to propose solutions with reasonings. - Ability to drive continuous improvement through root cause identification &amp; defect elimination.
