Urgent opening for Sr. Investment Associate for Leading NBFC - Mumbai

Job Description:

- ESOF is in the business of providing collateralize credit and mezzanine funding to Indian corporate and their sponsors transactions, Execution of deals, Investment as per the fund's mandate/ strategy, post investment management and recovery- Deal Evaluation, Detailed credit analysis, Structuring transactions, Execution of deals, Investment as per the fund's mandate/ strategy, post investment management and recovery

- Target of direct involvement in investment of INR 300 - 400 crs and detailed diligence of 4-6 funding opportunities

Key Responsibilities :

- Assisting team in undertaking deal evaluation, credit analysis, transaction structuring, execution and Investments

- Monitoring of Investments and Asset Management: Undertaking portfolio risk reviews and periodic financial updates

- Investors' engagement- Reporting in the form of periodic presentations/ newsletters/ annual reports etc.

- Assisting team in origination and preliminary company/sponsor analysis

- Operations management: Assisting team in regulatory, audit, finance, cash flow and tax aspects; liasoning with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth work flow.

Job Requirements :

- Qualifications Chartered Accountant preferred, MBA in Finance from a premier / Tier- I institute - Tier 2

- Experience 1-7 years of experience with Investment team with direct involvement in execution and investment Functional

Competencies :

- Analytical mindset

- Proficiency in Ms Excel and financial modeling

- Industry knowledge of some key industries

- Awareness of applicable regulations
