Title: Senior Associate / Vice President
Responsibilities:
1. 2 to 5 years of experience in the financial services domain (Investment Banking, Consulting, Investing) and with a degree in business, economics, commerce, finance, or any other related discipline from a premier institution
2. Scout for business opportunities in Investment Banking segment;
3. Manage interactions with clients and investors;
4. Assess valuations for clients using various methods;
5. Assist in handholding due diligence, research, analysis and documentation of live transactions;
6. Interpretation and analysis of financial statements, annual reports, management presentation and business plan;
7. Proficiency in providing alternative solutions and structuring of deals;
8. Experience in raising funds through alternate financing, equity through Angel Investors, VC- s, PE's or Hedge Funds;
8. Develop recommendations for product offering, private equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions and funding solutions;
9. Ability to originate deals and provide end to end solutions
Title: Analyst / Associate
Responsibilities:
1. 0 to 3 years of Experience in the financial services domain (Investment Banking, Consulting, Research, Investing, banking) and with a degree in business, economics, commerce, finance, or any other related discipline from a premier institution
2. Excellent business writing and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in modeling Company financials and performing valuation analysis
4. Arriving at comparable transaction multiples, Precedent Transaction Multiples, Public Market Multiples;
5. Knowledge of valuation techniques like DCF
6. Knowledge of relevant regulations (FDI, SEBI, RBI, etc), term sheets, and shareholder agreements is a plus
Desired Candidate Requirement:
1. 0 to 5 years of work experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate finance
2. Solid analytical and financial modeling skills
3. Strong valuation and Corporate Finance competencies, especially in DCF and merger pro forma analysis
4. Complex problem-solving skills; innovative with ability to create differentiated analysis based on the situation
5. Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills
6. Ability to work across a range of levels, from hands-on analysis / modeling to Board discussions
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
8. Clear, concise writing / presentation skills
9. Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality
10. Good communication skills, both verbal and written
11. Ability to multi-task and work with multiple team members
12. Willingness to travel once Covid situation eases
13. Must have the ability to deliver deals on time and navigate through roadblocks and bottlenecks
14. Active Involvement: ensuring a continuous engagement with clients to build a long term relationship
