- Actively working on identifying and developing potential business leads from startup companies and investors. - Work on transactions across stages from sourcing, execution, investor reach out, due diligence and closure. - Client management including building relationships with startup companies and investors. - Preparation of information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other information. - Design and build business plans/financial models. Work on the valuation using multiple methodologies including relative valuation for on-going transactions - Manage execution of several projects simultaneously with a team of professionals, across the firm, including Directors and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospective clients, investors and other professional advisors.
