Roles and Responsibilities :
Some of the key work areas would include :
- Preparing pitch presentations to obtain new mandates
- Business modeling and an ability to analyzed envisage new/key industry trends
- Financial Modeling and a basic understanding of tax structuring
- Preparation of the transaction documentation (teasers, Information Memorandum), financial model, and reviewing the definitive agreements
- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction
- Project management and execution
- Evaluate economic and legal risks to the Firm arising out of engagements, consult and adopt suitable risk management practices
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry, and the regulatory environment
- Assisting Managers / Director in Identifying and establishing contacts with key transaction-oriented / acquisitive groups in the identified sector/region
- Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of corporates to proactively identify and suggest strategic options including JV / partnerships, acquisitions, or divestitures
- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field.
