Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Associate/Assistant Manager - Outreach & Admissions - Technology Leaders Program

- Admissions process execution: Manage and process all applications from submission to offer, to ensure that applications are treated as per the set process and in a timely manner

- Managing admissions CRM to track inflow of leads, setting up and monitoring communication automations, and performing analytics to optimize the processes

- To set up and conduct the admissions process comprising aptitude test and interviews for all candidates both in online and in-person spaces.

- Lead the retention efforts for all candidates that includes conducting open houses, webinars, alumni buddy sessions, etc.

- Analyses trends in student recruitment and retention programs; designs and implements recruitment programs for targeted groups of potential students

- Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assesses ROI and KPIs

- Supports in planning and executing annual outreach calendar comprising events, presentations, information sessions, meet-ups, coffee-chats, and other marketing activities. It includes planning processes, timelines, resource budgeting and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.

- Represents the company and provides support as needed at various external events such as admissions fairs, career guidance seminars, tech fests, counsellor meets, startup events, tech industry events and conventions.
