Senior Associate - 2-3yrs relevant exp into Risk Advisory services
- Has worked on internal audit/ risk assessment engagements & IFC engagements during articleship / post qualification period.
- Candidate should understand the risks and control environment of major business cycles, should be able to monitor on-field performance of articles/ interns working under them.
- Candidate shall be responsible for leading/executing on- field audit / IFC engagements including preparing reports for review of engagement leads and charting our audit fieldwork plan.
- Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
Assistant Manager - 3-5yrs exp into Risk advisory services
- Independently executing assignments or monitoring the assignments (Typical assignments comprise of conducting reviews of systems, internal controls -Internal Audit and Internal financial controls, re-engineering processes, documentation of Standard Operating Procedures, Enterprise Risk Management).
- Assisting clients and team members while also delivering expected profitability by utilization of the team deployed on the project.
Manager - 5-8yrs exp into Risk advisory services
- Prospecting for new business by using the client relationships.
- Building client relationships via past associations or by active marketing efforts.
- Ensuring compliances with organisation policies and procedures.
