Senior Associate - Analytics - BFSI (5-6 yrs)
- Data visualization (report building, dashboard design and development)
- Business intelligence ( data analytics, information delivery, and modeling)
- Technical expertise (Tableau, Excel, Access and other BI tools such as Alteryx and Hadoop)
- Must have extensive background and experience with report and analysis design and development
- Must have strong analytical and big-picture thinking capability and possess outstanding data visualization skill
- A minimum of 5 years in analytics or related technical consulting with experience working with analytics tools such as SAS, Alteryx, Enterprise Miner, SSPS, Minitab, R, SQL, Business Objects, Qlikview, Tableau, or Spotfire
- Advanced experience in Excel with data modeling and analysis
- Experience working with ETL tools for large and diverse RDBMS OLTP or OLAP data stores, such as Teradata or Oracle
- Experience with Big Data initiatives such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Cloudera, Sqoop, and/or Spark as well as experience Unix and/or Perl shell scripting to develop client analytics solutions
- Programming experience with analytic languages such as R, Python or SAS preferred. Exposure to VB and Java programming languages a plus
- Experience with Mainframe application and code (e.g. JCL, COBOL) a plus
