Senior Associate - Accounting & Advisory

Job Description:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and assist in management reporting.

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate and timely month-end/year-end close processes, and reconcile bank statements.

- Assist in budget development and financial forecasts, monitor budget performance, and collaborate with department heads.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, coordinate with auditors, and maintain internal controls.

- Support strategic financial planning, conduct financial modeling, and provide insights to senior management.

- Identify and implement process improvements, assist in financial systems maintenance, and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.

- Minimum of 3 - 5years of experience in accounting or finance.

- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
