- Should be post graduate in Human resources with 15-22 years experience in HRBP Role as a global HR operations from reputed organisation. should be able handle 1500 work force globally

- Design and delivery of People development initiatives like Talent Review process, Mentorship and Reverse mentorship initiatives, executive coaches for key leadership roles. Competency mapping for middle and senior management roles introduced.

- Possess extensive experience in Integration Planning - HR Policies and Programs, Retention of Key people and separation of redundant staff, Communications Strategy development and implementation, Integration of payroll + benefits + HRIS and Alignment of Job titles.
