- HRBP for a few client accounts. Act as a thought partner, generating market intel, work on HR projects.

- Create & implement strategy for employer branding - internal and external, digital presence. Global Communication & Engagement

- Improve processes and enhance existing talent programs

- Band D & E Development & Succession Planning

- Strong Organization skills and ability to operate fairly independently

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking

- Good Interpersonal and conflict management skills
