Big4 hiring for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 - Senior/Assistant Manager [QUALIFIED CA ONLY]


CANDIDATES FROM FDD/ STAT AUDIT BACKGROUND/ INTERNAL AUDIT CAN APPLY, BASIS INTEREST LEVEL IN IBC,2016.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist the Insolvency Professional in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution process as per the provisions of The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

- Project Management, taking control of the operations of the Corporate Debtor, cash management, overseeing the accounting and taxation part of the Corporate Debtor.

- Delivery of the transaction from origination to completion of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process.

- Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of the Corporate Debtor and assist in day to day operations of the Corporate Debtor.

- Undertake claim management process, assist in preparation of information memorandum, release of EOI, run the due diligence process for the Resolution Applicant, review of financial models/ resolution plans as submitted by the Resolution Applicants.

- Coordinating and managing the creditors meeting, preparing minutes and conducting smooth voting process.

- Have a good insight of the industry and the key trends on the sectors into stress.

- Ensure all regulatory compliances pertaining to Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and related regulations as prescribed by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India from time to time.

- Keep abreast with the latest regulatory environment and amendments.

- Build a strong network with Banks, mid-sized corporates, investment banks, financing Companies and professionals in the debt restructuring and syndication business and generated leads and business opportunities.

- Coordinating pitch presentations for new mandates.

IDEAL CANDIDATE : 

- Be a qualified CA (ideally 1st attempt)

- Should have 3-6 years of relevant post qualification in Financial Due Diligence, Statutory Audit and Internal Audit (GRCS).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Able to travel whenever required

- Experience in working with senior management effectively.

- Self-starter and ability to find solutions and deliver results.

- Able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
