A well known MNC FMCG company wishes to recruit Zonal Sales Managers for various locations across the country.
The incumbent would be leading complete sales and distribution responsibility for 2 states.
Specific responsibilities include -:
- Heading sales operations and customer management for the region.
- Sales and Distribution Management: Distribution Strategies, Customer management.
- Leading a cross functional team
Candidate profile :
- Seasoned sales professionals (ONLY PREMIER B SCHOOL GRADS - 2016-2017 batch alumnus) from FMCG/Telecom space handling large distribution oriented business.
- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning, trade marketing, GTM.
- Incumbent should have substantial stints in general trade and experience in people management
- Must have led zones/area in sales and customer management in FMCG - Food companies.
