Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


- Drive business development and customer acquisition in assigned territories (Kota & Jodhpur).


- Build, lead, and manage a team of local sales executives and channel partners.


- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.


- Achieve sales targets and ensure strong market penetration.


- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and promotional strategies.


- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).


- 58 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.


- Strong local network in Kota and Jodhpur markets.


- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.


- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
