Key Responsibilities :
1. Driving core S&D Objectives :
- To provide overall business direction to the Distributor sales teams and implement the objectives and strategies agreed in the Operating Plan.
- Work towards building and leveraging robust Sales System, driving Distributive Width, In-store Impact, Leveraging portfolios and execution as per Mars standards
- Leverage consumer insights to partner with customer to input into the development of Joint Business Plan
- In conjunction with LM, ensure a higher level of forecast accuracy on a period level and align with regional Supply chain teams to ensure efficient service levels to customers
- Quality in Distribution : Ensure the Mars quality standards are followed at Distribution points and retailers to deliver best quality products to end consumer
2. Customer/Distributor Management :
- Responsible for building and sustaining strategic top-to-top relations with Distribution partner
- Responsible for Joint Business planning and review with Customer leadership team
- Deliver agreed distributor profitability, cost efficiency and process adherence
- Build sales capabilities of the Distributor sales organization
3. New Product Launches :
- Create right GTM;s and Manage - New Launches- in the Market
4. Sales Team Capability :
- Build sales capabilities of distributor sales organization
5. Managing Budgets and Activations :
- Manage and maximize utilization of the agreed trade spends for the area.
