JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Quality of Design : - Creating design brief. - Selection of appropriate consultants. - Value additions in space planning and design - Specifications of the projects and decision making Interdepartmental Communication : - Drawings and Information flow by Team. - Co-ordination and Communication. Deliverables to Project Management at all sites : - Co-ordination and Communication with all external consultants. - Ensure deliverables by team are in Time and Quality. - Project Reviews with the Team. - Fire Fighting and Decision Making Execution : - Address site conditions and their implications. - Check Quality of execution at site. - Resolving Bottle Necks. - Decision making Team Development and Process Implementation : - Team Building. - Process mapping and implementation. - Motivation and Training Qualification and Experience CANDIDATE PROFILE - B. Arch / M. Arch - 05-10 years of experience.
