Job description:

Associate will be responsible for Heading the Applications Development and Integration Service which primarily includes

1) Building the solutions/Frameworks that will delivers the key outcomes in terms cost, quality and Time to Market.

2) Responsible to Drive automation aspects of ADI Service life cycle

3) Own and win Proposals in the area of the ADI service as well as ASM (Should have dealt and won the deals in the range 3-5 (ACV) or significant contributions to large Deals of 10-15(ACV)

4) Leading the customer interactions through impactful Presentations

5) Excellent written and communication Skills

6) P&L Responsibility

7) Flexibility to handle ADI & ASM Proposals

8) Extreme flexibility to Frequent Business Travels any time

Candidate Profile:

1) Strong Technical solutions expertise in J2EE, Microsoft Technologies

2) Experience in building unique value propositions through innovation frame works/tools/platforms that impacted business/IT out comes of the customers

3) Strong Solution architecture and solution Design skills

4) Minimum of 4-5 Years Presales Experience in Custom Applications Development Space- Dealing proposals of size 3-5 USD (ACV)

5) 8-10 Years Application development and Maintenance experience in Managing Large scale Projects

6) Proven P&L Experience
