Senior Analyst - Supplier Experience - T&E Team

Job Overview:

As a Senior Analyst in the Supplier Experience T&E team within DBSI (Client Business Services India), you will be a key contributor to ensuring a seamless employee experience for Travel and Expense processing.

You'll collaborate across functions and geographies, support key reporting functions, and resolve escalations while maintaining compliance and delivering performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day Travel & Expense (T&E) processing, including verification, compliance checks, and query resolution.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Concur T&E system ensuring timely and accurate expense reimbursements.

- Manage and resolve employee escalations related to T&E, offering support and ensuring satisfaction.

- Lead and support monthly General Ledger reconciliations in line with global deadlines.

- Prepare and deliver reporting and analytics related to T&E KPIs, compliance, and trends.

- Support period, quarter, and annual close processes with high accuracy and timeliness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to enhance T&E processes.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing standardization or automation where possible.

- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.

- Train and mentor junior team members when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's / Master's in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

- 3+ years of experience in T&E processes, preferably within a shared services or multinational environment.

- Hands-on experience with the Concur Expense System is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of T&E policies, accounting principles, and reconciliation processes.

- Experience in reporting and analyzing T&E data to derive insights.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- ERP experience (SAP or similar) is a plus.
