We are looking for Sr Analyst- Research & Advisory (R&A) for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Information :

Location : Gurgaon

CTC - 7 L - 10 L

Grade : AM, IC Role

Education & Exp : Graduate - Degree in quantitative/ statistical or analytical field

Shift Timings : UK Shift, 5 days working, shift window 10 AM to 10:30PM.

R&A forms part of larger team - Research and Modeling and aligned under Knowledge Services umbrella. The R&A team provide business insights to our client and its various divisions across. The team works on complex and intensive projects primarily ranging from market / competitor intelligence, market entry strategies and support on multiple strategy initiatives. The team supports strategy and BD teams/community.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand the project requirements expressed by client as well as analyse the business problem faced by the client to scope out unexpressed requirements

- Handle project management issues develop a blue print / story board of the project, schedule and structure the project, define its scope, develop hypothesis, present the project in the required format and meet deadlines

- Meet client requirements and expectations and schedule client calls complete client management

- Develop analytical frameworks and research protocols. Contribute towards building the intellectual capital by way of creating training material and imparting training to other research

- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key organizational processes and systems.

- Proven ability to approach the problem holistically and deep dive to granular details as needed

- Ability to communicate confidently with business leaders and help them in defining project scope and project objective whenever needed

- Proven oral and written communication skills. Ability to express one's opinions clearly to other team members and ability to be a great listener to comprehend and fully appreciate the issues at hands

- Team player with an ability to work in challenging situations

- Strong analytical skills and capability to work in project environment marked with insufficient data and derive meaningful conclusions from apparently ambiguous information

- Familiarity with strategic analyses frameworks and financial analyses techniques to be deployed for analyses of various industries as a whole and companies in particular

- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially power point and excel and familiarity with key research databases

- Strong leadership skills and potential to drive complex projects - as an individual contributor

- Willing to travel aboard on long term engagements
