Senior Analyst/Manager - Financial Research

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research group based out of Hyderabad. This group works closely with the front office to provide high quality and in-depth support to the investment research team and the decision based processes of the firm's global proprietary trading strategies.

Primary responsibilities include:

- supporting front-office traders/analysts on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data intensive in nature.

- building and managing large financial data sets and performing exception analysis.

- collaborating with the in-house technology team for automating processes to achieve optimal efficiency.

- supporting the Fundamental Research team in Hyderabad by conducting data research, summarizing industry/company conference calls, and preparing quarterly earnings reports.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Business or Finance with 3-6 years of experience in the above mentioned responsibilities or financial operations. He/she should be self-motivated, possess strong analytical and leadership qualities as well as be able to work independently with limited direction and guidance.
