Senior Analyst/Manager/AVP - Transfer Pricing Documentation (3-15 yrs)
Sr Analyst / Manager / AVP-Transfer Pricing documentation
- Managing the end-to-end global transfer pricing documentation process for over 50 countries
- Preparing a holistic transfer pricing documentation package, including a Master report and Local-Country reports that consist of detailed Functional, Business and Economic analyses
- Liaising with local country Tax or Finance managers and external advisors, gathering information, and initiating action plans
- Supporting Regional/Country Tax and the Global Transfer Pricing teams with any transfer pricing reviews or audits by conducting analysis and drafting responses ahead of submissions
- Assisting with the review of Transfer Pricing calculations
- Preparing periodic analytical reports
- Supporting annual statutory audits of specific legal entities by detailing the impact of transfer pricing calculations and amounts that have been booked
Experience criteria :
- Sr. Analyst : 2.5+ years of relevant experience
- Manager (IC role) : 4+ years of relevant experience
- AVP : 7+ years of relevant experience
