Senior Analyst/Lead/Manager BIS

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing Investment guidelines and interpret them to monitor the compliance policies and rules.

- Support onshore team by assisting them in post trade compliance monitoring activities across all the investment strategies.

- Develop and maintain the daily data governance and compliance dashboards.

- Deliver the Post trade compliance reports to PM team for the new violations across all investment policies.

- Assist in identifying the data governance and data reconciliation issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA/CFA).

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Compliance coding. Having hands on knowledge of Clearwater system would be an added advantage.

- Having a hands on experience into Financial Domain compliance.

- Asset Level Compliance monitoring.
