Senior Analyst/Lead Analyst/Manager - Structured Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional with deep domain expertise in Structured Finance, specifically with hands-on experience in CMBS, CRE debt, and CLOs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in deal structuring, financial modeling, credit analysis, and transaction execution, and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including originators, rating agencies, investors, and legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-depth credit analysis and underwriting of CRE loans and leveraged loans for inclusion in CMBS/CLO transactions.

- Develop and maintain complex financial models and cash flow waterfalls using Excel or Intex, Trepp, Moody's, or other platforms.

- Support the structuring, execution, and securitization of commercial real estate and leveraged loan portfolios.

- Prepare investment memorandums, pitch books, and marketing materials for internal committees and external investors.

- Collaborate with originators, legal teams, and rating agencies during the securitization process.

- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct surveillance and risk analysis post-securitization.

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and investor appetite in the structured finance landscape.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. CFA/MBA preferred.

- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in Structured Finance, with a strong focus on CMBS, CRE debt, and/or CLOs.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, DCF, IRR, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.

- Strong understanding of capital markets, credit risk, and structured product mechanics.

- Experience working with tools such as Trepp, Intex, Bloomberg, S&P Global, or Moody's platforms.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to agency and non-agency securitizations.

- Understanding of risk-retention rules, rating methodology, and legal documentation (PSA, Indenture, etc.).

- Experience in working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders globally.
