Job location: Mumbai

Position Senior Analyst Environmental, Social and Governance.

The ideal candidate would :

1. Possess 5+ years of relevant experience

2. Understanding of debt products, debt markets

3. Understanding of ESG Risk and Impact measurement

4. Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA

Job Description - Snr Analyst - Investments & Products - ESG

Key Responsibilities :

1. Work on the ESG scoring methodology and evaluate the ESG scoring of the entire portfolio across companies

2. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of the firm's commitment to ESG integration in investment process

3. Support the Investment team by assessing and managing the ESG risks and opportunities of each portfolio company.

4. Develop tools and metrics to track, evaluate and monitor the impact measurement across the portfolio

5. Create guidelines, checklists, procedures to align with the best sustainability practices and Impact framework

6. Draft narrative content for ESG blogs, ESG sector views, sustainability reports and all other communication for ESG and impact respectively

7. Conduct ESG trainings and workshops across all verticals

8. Embeds sustainability in the organizational culture and link sustainability to financial performance

9. Conduct ESG due diligence on field interacting with the client, evaluating their ESG risks, preparing ESG risk notes and monitoring the portfolio

10. Ensure ESG rating readiness for both

11. Work on Sustainability / impact ratings for each fund, as required
