Senior Analyst - Investment Banking

Experience - 4-7 years of Investment Banking experience

Position on Offer - Sr.Analyst (Investment Banking)

Professional Qualification - CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed institute

Role :

- Work on the transaction across stages from sourcing, execution, investor reach out, due diligence and closure

- Actively lead/participate in identifying, source and reach out to the potential leads

- Act as team leader in preparation and finalization of confidential information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations

- Design and build business plan and financial model. Work on the valuation using multiple methodologies including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transactions

- The responsibilities afford direct and active interaction with clients (CEOs, CFOs, etc.) where Associates are expected to attend and participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships

- Work on several projects simultaneously with teams of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs

- Actively participate in identifying and reach out to new investor base

- Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, investors and other professional advisors

- Work with closely with other team member in coordination of due diligence, data room management and other information exchanged as per investor's requirements

- Supervise the analyst level team member

Skill Sets :

- 4-7 years of Investment Banking experience

- Strong track record of fundraising transaction experience, particularly in start-up advisory and VC domains

- Good relationships with investors, including HNIs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors

- Strong client management skills

- Ability to understand the dynamics of various sectors, including value chain, strategy and key performance indicators

- Strong skills in presentations, report writing, financial analysis and data management

- Ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously

- A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information

- Ability to conduct comprehensive research, data base searches and synthesize results

- Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of various databases
