Qualification :

- CA inter

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Responsible for execution of internal audit assignments - Audit, SOX, process review etc.

- Leading teams to complete the assignments within time and budgets

- Understanding client's requirements, responding promptly to client requests

- Supporting managers in the process of preparing audit plans, audit program and reports

Essential Skills :

- Ability to understand complex business situations, risk and controls in ERP environment, identify gaps.

- Should be process oriented and have strong analytical skills

- Be able to apply basic analysis tools/ techniques for data analysis

- Understanding of financial statements under Indian GAAP

- Knowledge and understanding of Internal Audit Framework

- Should be able to use/ apply tools (i.e. MS Excel, MS word, Power point, MS Visio, ACL, etc.)

- Possess excellent communication and report writing skills

- Experience in Internal Audit Practice

- Capability of leading teams and dealing with big clients

- Ability to handle pressure and manage complex situations

- Willingness to travel (domestic and international)
