Position - Sr. Analyst - (Innovation Technology & Quality) - Mumbai with FMCG Brand

Location - Mumbai

Qualification - Min Graduate/ MBA

Role is techno-functional System Analyst. A person should be proficient in . Net, Databases such as Oracle PL/SQL. Develop technical and functional expertise in supply chain areas of Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, and ITQ (Innovation Technology & Quality).

- Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain projects

- Provide first-class service and proactively work to improve overall environment stability and ease of the support.

- Develop close partnerships with business users to truly understand needs and facilitate connections to GBS IT & Engineering to ensure end-to-end solution optimization.

- Use a broad range of continuous improvement tools to provide insights, drive out waste, and improve system performance.

- Provide training and mentoring of support community across the field.

Required Skills:

- Proficient in databases skills (Oracle/SQL) and .NET technologies.

- Must have excellent written and verbal skills, including technical writing.

- Must be able to develop technical solutions to business problems and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to take ownership and drive to successful outcomes.

- Drive meetings to understand stakeholder requirements
