This position will be part of HR Analytics team in the HRS organization reporting directly to the HR Analytics Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Drive Predictive Analytics within HR
- Define the right processes and system/software
- Act as a Point of contact and support for HR Analytics Leader
- Team player closely cooperating with other team members and data science team to - deliver results on time
- Helping with Ad-hoc HR reports if needed
- Using available data create predictive models through data mining, text analysis, statistics
- Understand all HR metrics to support HR Predictive Analytics globally throughout all functions
- Working with HRIS team when new reports needed
- Validation of all Prediction related reports
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
- Develop procedures, guidelines and documentation related to HR Predictive Analytics as required
Skills / Requirements:
- University degree
- 4- 7 years of working in Predictive Analytics field
- Hands on experience with Predictive Analytics and modeling is a must
- Ability to work independently to apply prediction expertise in our company
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, ability to work with different data sources and combine them together
- SQL knowledge desired
- Time Flexibility to support global footprint if necessary
- Researching and reading data and reports
- Preferred experience with HCM systems (Oracle fusion)
- Experience with BI tools; (Power BI) welcomed
- Be proactive and able to manage multiple requests to meet deadlines
- Very good written & spoken communication skills in English
