Job Description: Senior Analyst Growth

Designation: Manager

Qualification: 1-3 years of relevant experience

Your Role

- Developing the core analytics base for the Growth team

- Identify key drivers, audiences for the Growth team to scale both online and offline channels with regular feedback and tools

- Frequent Innovation and regular iterations in campaigns and creatives to drive acquisition

- Obsession with install/order attribution and measurement with performance

- Deliver weekly and monthly metrics highlighting area, channel, campaign, and rep - performance

- Experience with delivering production level metrics, insights, and actions.

- Extensive experience in an analytics role including project management and process optimization with data analytics

- Adept at quick decision making in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities

- High learning agility
