Senior Analyst - Financial Reporting - Investment Bank (2-4 yrs)
- Legal entity controllership of broker dealer entities which includes month end reporting and preparation of
schedules for consolidation & Intercompany Reporting & support GL close for Local GAAP & US GAAP
- Ensuring Financial statements are complete, accurate & prepared in a timely manner and are in accordance with applicable GAAP- s
- Responsible for entity consolidation along with financial disclosures for quarterly & annual filings to various
regulators under US GAAP.
- Regional Consideration - Driving standardization of process over time from Mumbai, Process efficiency and ensuring focus on added value work.
- Liaising with the regional Controllers. Having an understanding of financial reporting process.
- Ownership of key controls supporting the General Ledger and other reporting applications including managing the SOX compliance regulators under US GAAP.
- Liaising with the regional Controllers. Having an understanding of financial reporting process.
- Needs to understand the Business and Structure of the Legal Entities assigned.
