Senior Analyst - ESG


Job Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities :

- Scanning the fund portfolio with ESG scoring methodology and evaluating the ESG scores

- Implementing ESG integration in the investment process to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders

- Assess and manage ESG risk and opportunities of each portfolio to help the investment team

- Monitor, evaluate, and track the impact of measurement across the portfolio by developing required metrics and tools

- Alter checklists, guidelines, and procedures as per each portfolio to follow sustainability practices

- Prepare sustainability reports, ESG blogs & sector views along with all other communication for ESG and its impact

- Responsible to conduct ESG training and workshops for all verticals

- Apply sustainability into organizational culture & link sustainability to finance

- When on the field interacting with clients conduct due diligence by taking notes and evaluating their ESG risks while monitoring the portfolio

Job Requirements :

- 5+ years of relevant working experience

- Education: CA / CFA / MBA

- Should have knowledge of debt products & markets, ESG risk, and Impact measurement

- Strong oral & written communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
