Senior Analyst - CRM Analytics - IT (3-6 yrs)
Company Profile: Client of Upgrade HR Consultants Pvt Ltd who are pioneer in Media Analytics and Technology
Role:
- As a Senior Analyst, you will hold a highly indispensable analytical role that requires interaction and partnership with stakeholders across markets - be it Product Solutions, Solution Engineers, Client Services, Trading, Sales or Product Managers.
- You will be responsible for solving problems using media, CRM and real-time macro data sources (such as Social, Weather etc.) as a part of the Business Analytics team.
- As a Senior Analyst supporting a growing market, you will be expected to lead projects, requirements gathering and lead conversations with the broader team. You should be an effective communicator capable of presenting insights and strategies to end consumers.
- You will also be required to prioritize and manage expectations across diversified workstreams
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day deliverables and ensure timely delivery of insight reports
- Leverage universal/capture pixels for advanced analytics outputs
- Adoption of advanced analytics outputs in campaign activations for strategic accounts
- Work with Solutions/Sales/CS to develop and deliver on analytics roadmap
- Be the frontrunner in building POCs for business analytics solutions and mentor analysts/interns in the team
- Proactively come up with ideas for analysis leading to upweights
- Client Direct/Independent Agency Pitches
- Assisting the sales and strategy team and supporting business development efforts.
- Getting under the skin of a client's business challenge and helping present the appropriate product or solution to address this need.
- Work on POCs that demonstrate analytics capabilities to clients leveraging MiQ's micro/macro data sources
- TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY -
- Expertise in SQL, Excel and PowerPoint
- High degree of comfort with either R or Python
- Beginners level knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge of big data processing tools/frameworks like Hive, Qubole, AWS
- Experience implementing Clustering and Regression algorithms on MiQ Datasets
