This role is with Credit Quality Assurance [CQA] team of a well known pvt sector Bank - a leader among its peer group. Those with higher work experience [9 + yrs] will be considered for DVP level managing a team. Role Specs : - Performing credit reviews to determine credit quality and to assess the financial conditions & presenting the same to credit underwriters. - Responsible for the assessment of working capital, term loans, asset funding and long tenor project funding. - Determining monthly covenants/risk triggers & stipulating security structure in terms of collateral cover on the total exposure. - Monitoring of end use of funds as per terms of sanction. - Preparation and discussion of key audit finding and draft audit reports. - Managing of open audit issues. Candidate Specs : - CA / MBA - Must be in a similar role handling Credit assessment / Credit Quality / Credit Audit role from PSU or Pvt Banks & Rating Agencies Local candidates only,
