Senior Analyst - Corporate Finance - Non Infra Sector - Financial Firm

The position is with Reputed Financial Firm and they are looking for Senior Analyst - Corporate finance for Non Infra Sector

Grade & CTC would be depend on current profile.

- Should have handled appraisals/ diligence for large corporates. Experience in Structured financing preferred.

Key Roles/Responsibilities - 

- To assist the senior team members in deal evaluation, execution and monitoring.

- Assist in the analysis/due diligence effort for new deals.

- Prepare IC notes, financial models and presentation materials.

- Co-ordinate post IC documentation and disbursement processes with internal legal/finance teams
