About Our Client :
Our client is a leading multinational pharma company . They are listed on the NYSE with a revenue size of above US 50+ billion, currently expanding their operations in India. They are currently looking to hire a Senior Compensation Specialist catering to global markets from their office based in Hyderabad
Job Description :
Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead for Compensation, you will be responsible for :
- Compensation Programs: Design, implement and manage Compensation Programs. Salary Benchmarking and Review
- Liaison with consultants for external salary benchmarking and organize data for compensation & benefits market surveys
- Responsible for defining and managing the job evaluation and offer approvals process
- Performance Management & Improvement Initiatives and introduce key performance metrics that are standard across all parts of the region
- Designing the variable pay program and incentive schemes for different businesses within the organization
- Manage end to end data analytics, MIS etc. for all compensation related data
The Successful Applicant :
- Ideally, you come with 5+ years of post-graduation experience in an internal / corporate Compensation & Benefits role.
- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills.
- Additional exposure to the Global Markets is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
