Senior Analyst - Co Packing & Cost Optimization

- Work closely with the customer team and the customer current co-packers and potentially future copackers, both OEMs and ODMs to collect data on operations (current copacker supply chain, current contract structures, Margins, MOQs, annual volume commitments, certifications, manufacturing and development capabilities specific to formulation and packaging technologies, capacity, infrastructure, delivery capability etc.)

- Create a mechanism to identify potential suppliers using AI as well as data from supplier outreach across countries

- Generate insights from data collected that can help customer to map the right co-packer to support innovation and develop partnerships and alliances in Innovation

- Generate insights from data collected that can help customer to optimize costs in co-packers

- New co-packer outreach - Addition of new co-packers based on customer criterias

- Capture import duty rates on food products from selected countries along with other data collected to comprehensively evaluate the feasibility of onboarding the supplier at customer

- Identify how this database and tool will be handed over to customer team once project is completed so that it can be used on ongoing basis.
