&nbsp;Experience - Vary from Position to position CTC- Depends upon Role offered Skill Set- SAS, Risk analytics, Banking Domain - Hold a degree from tier 1 college. - Experience in the field of Credit / Market risk, preferable - Should have hands-on experience on analytics tools such as SAS/R/Python and SQL. - With strong communication and presentation skills - Experience of working onsite / offshore in a multi-cultural and global environment - Good at dealing with senior clients. - Strong creative/innovative skills. The ability to think out of the box is key. - Strong problem solving skills - Relevant years of experience in analytics, in BFSI and in risk analytics. - Sector knowledge and experience of working in the area of Credit Risk; ideally experience of working with Credit - Risk data warehouses and Credit Risk models in particular including Operational, Capital and Impairment models. - Require professionals with SAS Predictive Modelling/ Analytics experience (2+ years) preferably in Credit Card Domain OR Banking Domain would be ideal. - 4+year of modelling experience. (Logistic Regression, clustering, segmentation etc.) The basic responsibilities of the individuals will be :&nbsp; a. Managing small team of quant analysts b. Should be able to provide proper guidance to analysts on Ad-hoc Analysis c. Interaction with the business team on daily basis
