Senior Analyst/Associate - M&A & Private Equity

- No. of years- experience: 2-4 years for Sr Analyst/Associate.

- Male / Female preference: Both Fine

- CTC Per Annum: around 8-10 lakh

Role: Senior Analyst/Associate

Job Description:

- Assisting the leadership team in execution of PE and M&A deals.

- Must have experience in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches & client interface

- Preparation of marketing materials (teasers, Information memorandums & financial models) with strong command over Excel & Power point

- Be a part of end to end deal making cycle for multiple sell- side/ buy-side mandates

- Candidate would be expected to get actively involved at every stage of the transaction, working closely with middle / senior management teams - leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)

- Candidate should be analytical, multi-tasker, persuasive, should possess excellent number crunching / analytical skills, and have a hunger for growth both as a person and as a professional.

Requirements:

- CA/MBA having 2-4 years- experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking majorly in transaction execution role

- Must have worked on Pitch Books, Company Profiling, Mergers & Acquisitions, Trading & Transaction, due diligence etc. (Preferably should have worked on the end-to-end transaction process).

- Strong organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clients

- Good analytical skills, eye for numbers and Strong accounting knowledge

- Proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed financial forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, Discounted Cash Flow Valuation, Capital structure and Merger modeling.
