Senior Analyst/Assistant Portfolio Manager

Reports to : Head of Alternatives

Education : Post Graduate (CA/MBA) from reputed institutes

Prior Experience : 7-12 years of experience (Debt deal origination/structuring/under-writing especially with relatively higher yields (12-14%)

Job Purpose :

- Help in identifying investment opportunities in performing credit space

- Developing and maintaining relationship with mid-tier borrowers/ intermediaries to build strong deal pipeline

- Interaction with stakeholders (external/internal) to finalize deal documentation

- Regular interaction with investee companies in the portfolio and prepare the update notes to be presented to the Investment committee.

Other Requirements :

- Candidate needs to be a self-starter / motivated to learn new skills & processes

- Should be well conversant with structured credit transactions prevailing in the market
