Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Business Valuation - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI (1-10 yrs)
- Working as an Analyst in the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Gather information and data required to perform valuation
- Keep projects running on schedule by interrogating the data immediately to determine if it is adequate and usable to perform the valuation
- Perform various financial analyses, financial modeling, and report writing (including company, industry and economic research);
- Review own work and that of teammates to ensure quality of product and
- Participate in client conference calls and technical discussions internally.
- Responsible for executing engagements under the supervision of seniors.
Desired Attributes :
- Experience within the valuation group of Big Four or a leading valuation firm is a preference
- Logical and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment and
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications :
- MBA (Premier B-School), MS (Finance), CA and/or CFA (CFA Institute, USA)
